Yes, you can be both a buyer and a seller on our platform. Users can explore the advantages of shopping and trading worldwide. To apply as a seller, please provide the required information on our 'Sell on Kolitrend' page.

We offer affordable international shipping services. This service is limited to new, commercial products that are invoiced directly to our company. The shipping of second-hand items, personal belongings, restricted, and prohibited goods is not allowed (all details are provided in our User Agreement). Through the platform, users can ship individual packages with a volumetric weight of up to 32 kg to many countries under advantageous terms and rates, and may also choose Kolitrend solely for shipping purposes.

Customers can request to have their purchased items combined into a single shipment. All items purchased through the platform or acquired via the 'Buy For Me' service are first delivered to our warehouses. This allows us to complete the Quality Control process and store the items for free for up to 90 days while they are prepared for consolidation. Once the customer has completed their shopping, they can initiate the 'Combine & Ship' process through the module in their panel, which will combine all items into a single shipment. This service is offered to reduce shipping costs and make the process more efficient.

We verify the accuracy of products at no cost. Additionally, for customers who want a more thorough inspection, we offer a paid Quality Control service, which incurs an extra 10% commission per item if selected. This service aims to identify potential defects before the product is delivered to the customer, prevent fraud during the sales process, and reduce return rates.

With the 'Buy For Me' service, customers can obtain products not available on the platform from various sources and suppliers in countries that can deliver to our warehouses. This service is offered at a fee of €1 per item + a 20% commission.

In the countries where we operate, we provide a free local shipping address and 90 days of free storage. This service is offered to verify the accuracy of products purchased through our platform or sourced externally and to help save on costs by consolidating items into a single shipment.

The Special Services we offer to our customers are as follows: Free 'Local Shipping Address' and '90 Days of Free Storage', 'Buy For Me' Service, 'Quality Control', 'Combine & Ship' and 'Kolitrend Shipping' for International Individual Shipments.

Currently, we provide services in France, Turkey, and all European Union countries. For other regions, we apply the platform's own specific policies.

Customers residing outside of Turkey or the EU can make a SWIFT transfer to our bank account in Turkey or France, add balance to the platform wallet, make secure payments with debit/credit cards, and, if available in their country, use PayPal or Klarna for installment purchases.

Customers shopping from France or any EU country can use payment methods valid throughout France and the EU. Options include SEPA Transfer, adding balance to the platform wallet, secure payments with debit/credit cards, PayPal, and Klarna for installment purchases.

Customers residing in Turkey and shopping internationally can use local Turkish payment methods. Options include making a bank transfer, adding balance to the platform wallet, or making secure payments with all local debit/credit cards, either in full or with installment options.

Sellers are required to issue a VAT-included invoice to the platform’s local entity in the relevant country rather than directly to the customer. After import procedures are completed, Kolitrend issues the final local invoice to the end customer. This method facilitates tracking purchases and speeds up export and import processes.

There is no direct communication between customers and sellers. If you need product information, you can get support through the live chat on the platform.

There are three types of users on the platform: Customers: Individuals or entities purchasing products or services. Sellers: Entities offering products or services for sale. Delivery Drivers: Entities providing delivery services.

Currently, our platform is accessible via desktop and mobile web browsers. Our mobile applications are in development, and all users will be notified once they are available in the relevant app stores.

When you log into the platform, you can choose the country you wish to shop in. Only the sellers and products from the selected country will be displayed.

No, our platform only supports international trade. Therefore, it is not possible for customers to shop directly from sellers within their own country, our platform is designed for global commerce.

Our platform operates as a France-based company, and all operations are managed from this country. We provide services in accordance with trade and consumer laws applicable in France, Turkey, and European Union countries.
